Mr. Strong is a Mr. Men character introduced in 1976 as part of the Mr. Men and Little Miss franchise, which is currently owned by THOIP, a subsidiary of Sanrio.

He is one of the most popular Mr. Men and Little Miss characters in the real world, along with characters such as Mr. Happy, Little Miss Sunshine, and Mr. Tickle.

The book featuring Mr. Strong was created by Roger Hargreaves.

Biography

Mr. Strong appears as a red square character wearing a green hat. He lives in Happyland; the same hometown as Mr. Happy and is the strongest of all Mr. Men. His diet of mostly eggs throughout the whole day which helped him become very strong, but on the odd occasion he also had ice cream.

In his book by Roger Hargreaves, he helped out a farmer extinguish a fire in his cornfield after picking up the farmer's barn with just his hands, filling it with water and emptying the water on to the cornfield. The farmer rewarded Mr. Strong with many eggs.
