Oceanus (Glaucos in the Japanese version) is a character from Sea Prince and the Fire Child. He is the God of Water appearing as a giant dragon and resides in a water castle. Oceanus entrusted Sirius with the Eye of Algaroc. Oceanus warned Sirius not to enter the Forbidden Zone where Algaroc the Wind God could retrieve his eye; reviving him.
He is the younger brother of Hyperia. They were also once good friends, but fell out after hearing and believing Algaroc's lies about them. It lead to a law for the Fire Clan not to mix with the Water Clan; so this lead to conflict as Sirius fell in love with Malta the Fire Child and princess of the Fire Clan.
