Kingyo-chan is a Sanrio character from the Hangyodon universe.
Biography
Kingyo-chan appears as a pink fish creature with a yellow or pink dress and yellow or pink high heels.[1] As she is timid, she prefers to quietly stay away from things.[2]
In the media
Kingyo-chan appears as a character in the Sanrio Gift Book "Hangyodon no Daimajutsu" (Japanese: はんぎょどんの大まじゅつ).
In the Game Boy Color video games Sanrio Timenet: Kako Hen and Mirai Hen, she appeared as a monster battler as well. After the player defeats her monsters, she gives the player the Wing Crystal.
Kingyo-chan is one of 100 types of Sanrio character cards from a November 2017 Glico Queen Day promotion.[3]
