The Sanrio Boys (slogan "never without my favorite friend"), also known as Sanrio Danshi are Sanrio characters introduced in 2015.
Profile
A group of five high school boys; Kōta Hasegawa (who likes Pompompurin), Yū Mizuno (who likes My Melody), Yoshino Shunsuke (who likes Hello Kitty), Ryō Nishinomiya (who likes the Little Twin Stars), and Minamoto Seiichirō (who likes Cinnamoroll). The group illustrates the theme of developing youth. The design art of the characters on the official Japanese page also depicts them as a 'chibi' version of themselves.
Media
Sanrio Boys media includes animation, manga, drama CDs, and has included a smartphone device game called Sanrio Boys: ~Watashi, Koi o, Shirimashita.~.[1][2][3]
